Why do they make sequels? Don't get me wrong, the movie was very funny at times, and had it's share of good special effects, but I liked the first MIB alot better than the sequel. I don't think they would have been extremely wrong to NOT make a sequel..Although everyone does like that annoying but cute singing and talking dog "Frank". :)
Visual Effects:: The effects in the film were decent, but surprisingly, alot like Scooby Doo, it appeared as if the cg aliens weren't quite finished rendering (animated with finishing touches such as paint, shadowing, texture, etc.).
